T1 Villa
One Bedroom Pool Villa
A single-bedroom retreat organised around its own pool and shaded deck. Living space opens directly to the terrace, so the boundary between inside and outside stays soft through the day.
Design philosophy
Each villa is positioned to hold its own view and its own quiet. Living spaces open directly onto shaded terraces, so most of the day happens between inside and outside rather than in one or the other.
Natural materials, deep overhangs and cross-ventilation respond to the coastal climate. The architecture follows the natural slope of the dunes instead of levelling it.

T1 Villa
A single-bedroom retreat organised around its own pool and shaded deck. Living space opens directly to the terrace, so the boundary between inside and outside stays soft through the day.

T2 Villa
Two bedrooms arranged for privacy, with a generous shared living and dining space between them. The terrace and pool become the centre of the day.

T3 Villa
The most spacious residence, designed for gathering and for staying longer. Three bedrooms, extended living areas and a pool terrace that holds the whole group.
Sunset Cove
The villas are planned as private sanctuaries, with views over Sunset Cove Beach and generous indoor and outdoor living in each one. The open layout is designed for contemporary living and for the kind of quiet a romantic escape needs.

Inside the villas
Interiors are planned around a restrained material palette: timber, stone-like finishes, woven textures and soft neutral tones that let the light and the landscape lead.
Bedrooms are set away from social areas for quiet. Bathrooms are planned with generous natural light, and storage is integrated so the rooms stay uncluttered on longer stays.
