The setting
The site falls gently toward the water through vegetated dunes and palms. That slope is what makes privacy possible: villas sit at different levels rather than in a single row, each holding its own outlook.
Sea breezes move through the site for most of the year, and the planting that holds the dunes in place also shapes the shade and the sense of enclosure between buildings.

The site
The property covers approximately 10.3 hectares, with the main access from Coconut Coast Road and the social heart of the resort opening toward the beach.
Thirty private villas are planned across the site, arranged so that arrival, dining, wellness and beachfront spaces stay connected without crowding one another.

Inhambane
Inhambane is one of the oldest settlements on the Mozambican coast, shaped by centuries of maritime trade along the Indian Ocean. That history is still legible in the town, in the boats and in the rhythm of the working shoreline.
Fishing, farming, craft and music remain part of daily life here. Guests who want to understand the region are introduced to it through local partners rather than from a distance.
Arrival
Inhambane is reached by air and by road. Transfer arrangements are confirmed individually with each reservation, so please ask when you enquire.

Through the year
The Mozambican coast moves between warmer, greener months and drier, clearer ones. Rather than fixing a single best time to visit, the resort is planned so that shade, ventilation and sheltered outdoor space work across the year.
Ocean-based activities depend on conditions and season. The concierge confirms what is available for your dates when your stay is being planned.

Landscape
The design intention is to disturb as little as possible: keep the dune profile, retain existing planting where it can be retained, and let natural drainage continue to work.
Buildings are oriented for shade and cross-ventilation, and materials are chosen to suit a salt-air coastal environment. These are design intentions for a project still in development, not completed certifications.
